pure joy
this kid was part of the family who ran the yurt camp i stayed at in tulparkol in kyrgyzstan. there were a handful of other tourists who were also staying there, including a canadian father and daughter who were riding around central asia on motorbikes. upon arriving the daughter opened her bag and presented the little boy with some toys, including these bubbles which you can see he was overjoyed with. she said that she would often do this on her trips, and bring some cheap toys over from canada to give to kids she'd meet in small villages, which seems like such a simple yet brilliant way to spread happiness while you travel.
