while having some dinner at a thai restaurant next to my hotel in new york i got chatting to some ladies on a nearby table. in true dante fashion i explained that i'm not even supposed to be here today. with an absence of plans, or knowledge of the area, they recommended a club down in greenwich village. i ended up going, and spent the early hours on foot touring manhattan and brooklyn. my feet were killing the next day, and i only had a few hours sleep before heading to the airport, but it was a cool, random night. this shot was taken between the restaurant and the subway as the night was just beginning.
