over the four days i spent exploring different parts of south georgia the weather was equally unpredictable and amazing, and somehow seemed to perfectly suit each location. i'll try and illustrate that more with future photos, but walking around here in stromness, the low warm sunlight made the soft mossy landscape look glorious. this landscape was only further improved by the gentoo penguins who would roam back and forth all afternoon. it was the softest ground i'd walked on since a lost weekend in wales a few years ago.
