living proof
the look and landscape of st andrews bay transformed pretty dramatically based on where you were and how the weather would change. when i landed on the shore it felt to me like some interstellar inspired planet complete with alien creatures. a little further on and these creatures actually dwelt in a pretty verdant green land with rolling hills and mountains. climbing up one of those hills revealed the sheer magnitude of the colony of these local inhabitants, they became one with the landscape. then the fog rolled in and this sea of penguins slowly faded out of view until the visibility became so low that only a few popped out in front of the backdrop.
