in pursuit
when i was walking along the loe bar in cornwall there were a couple of birds of prey who were having a territorial dispute in the sky above. i started to zoom in and take some photos when a helicopter arrived on the scene from the local royal navy airbase. it was good timing that i had both in frame at the precise moment i was zoomed in, although a consequence of this zoom meant that one of the subjects would have to be out of focus. so i had to do a little focus stacking to full realise the image, quickly adjusting focus from machine to animal before the machine flew out of frame.
