down the hatch
this is the man that i mentioned yesterday who we drank some vodka with in the park in osh after playing some chess. if memory serves he was a retired police officer, although i have to admit that my memory did become fairly hazy around this point in the day. and i slept pretty much the whole flight back to the capital of kyrgyzstan which was only a few hours after this moment. but despite the hazy details, i do remember it being a good send off as my holiday began to draw to a close.
