digging for the feel of something new
i took this photo only a few days after yesterday's from the atacama desert, after i travelled by land from chile to bolivia. i really saw some amazing landscapes in those few days, but this was the highlight as i made it to the salts flats of salar de uyuni. i've never seen anything like it before or since, a huge flat expanse which was covered by a thin layer of water to create the world's largest mirror. if yesterday's picture made me think of mars, i'm not sure what alien planet would be... according to star wars it's a place called crait. the reality is that earth is full of amazing places, and i can't wait to start travelling and exploring again.
