close enough to be in reach
i forget what type of tree this is, but there was something about the leaves which drove these ring tailed lemurs crazy. it only grows in a small section of the tsaranoro valley, but these lemurs make the journey there every lunchtime to feed their insatiable hunger. i don't know if it was because they felt comfortable, or because they were focusing on their bounty, but they weren't bothered by our presence as i watched them race around from tree to tree.
