another reason the favourite hotel that i visited in marrakech was la sultana was its location, which was in what i considered the real morocco. i was on the roof terrace and supposed to be photographing people networking and having drinks, but i couldn't resist hanging my camera over the edge and capturing the colourful streets below. when i went on my first work trip i learnt that there was a big difference between travelling to take photos and (my kind of) travel photography. now i have a bit more practice and experience i'm trying to incorporate the latter at the same time as the former.
