i wasn't sure what to post today, but as it's snowing again outside i figured i'd go for a snowy shot from last year. a few hours ago i went out on my motorbike for the second time since this wintry weather arrived. it was lightly spitting when i set off, but as i'd already suited up i thought fuck it and kept going. then i got a little lost. then i opened my visor and the rain had turned to snow. then i closed my visor and it steamed up within seconds. then i started to lose feeling in my fingers. then, when i finally made it back to my street, the back wheel was sliding all around on the thin layer of sleety snow. you know, it's a tough choice to make between looking through a visor that's misted up on the inside and snowy and wet on the outside, compared to speeding along with it up and flakes of snow shooting into your eyeballs. yeah, i've decided that winter and biking don't make the best of friends.
