we enjoyed our drinks while we were on our diving holiday, although made a point not to have too much so we wouldn't ruin the dive the next day. this all went out the window on the saturday as it was our last night. i can't even remember what the bar bill was, and that was probably a good thing, but after we were kicked out of the bars we went back to the hotel via the nearest off licence. everything was quiet and closed at the hotel, so we snuck to the pool and tried to find glasses and ice. we then indulged in a harmless bit of late night, drunken swimming. this involved a lilo game we spontaneously invented where you had to complete a series of levels, which involved different methods of jumping onto it whilst it was floating in the pool. we found the whole thing hilarious, no doubt helped by our vodka, coke and chlorine beverages. it was either six or seven by the time we finally called it a night, just after we saw the sunrise upon a deflated lilo.
